ORDERING
All products on notyethome.co are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.
notyethome.co may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.
SHIPPING
All packages are processed for shipping within 1-5 business days of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of notyethome.co. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
notyethome.co does not offer exchanges or returns on any product. All sales are final.
REFUNDS
All items are final sale. In most cases refunds will not be an option. If item is damaged or misplaced during shipping, this is not our responsibility and should be dealt with through the shipping carrier. We can assure you that no product will be shipped out damaged. If an error is made during shipment on our end, we will fix it and offer a refund. :)
